        We accept the following payment methods:

      All credit card transactions on our website utilize a 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) certificate thereby offering the highest level of encryption or security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.

     We also require address verification for all credit card transactions to insure the address on the order matches the billing address of the credit card to prevent the fraudulent use of stolen credit cards.

Shipping:
        Since all our country style curtains are handmade after we receive an order, they will generally ship within 2 weeks of receiving the payment for your order.  If the order is placed on a weekend or a holiday, the order will generally ship within 2 weeks after the next business day (Monday - Friday) when payment is received.
        Please be aware that orders placed using eCheck will not be processed until the eCheck clears our bank.  Orders placed by credit card will begin processing on the next business day (Monday - Friday).
        All of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground and therefore cannot be delivered to a Post Office Box or a military base.
        We only ship within the contiguous 48 states of the United States.

Returns:
        Since our curtains are all handmade and custom for each buyer, we regrettably are unable to accept returns.  Therefore, please measure your windows according to our Curtain Measuring Guide to insure you are ordering the correct size so your window treatments will fit perfectly.
